Agency TERMS & CONDITIONS​
Our Agency Fee structure is set out below:

There is an Agency Booking Fee for each booking made with our Agency which is payable by credit card on Booking Confirmation.
​The AGENCY BOOKING FEE covers all of our Business Insurances, Intensive Screening, Administration & all the behind the scenes leg work that goes into getting you THE BEST care possible.
Babysitters & Nannies charge $29 per hour. Clients will pay the Carers direct at the end of the Assignment in cash for the hours worked.
Bookings are a minimum of 2 hours.

Our Specialised Nurse Nanny & Sleeping Consultant charge out at higher rates available upon request.
These prices cover 3 children per family. It is an extra $5 per child per hour.
The payment plan option will benefit clients who use our services on a regular basis. The Gran Nannie comes with a 90 day free replacement guarantee whereby if you are not completely happy with her service we will replace her free of charge. If you do not wish for her to be replaced for any reason and you decide to discontinue on with our services you forfeit the already paid booking fees. This will cover you indefinitely so you will no longer pay Agency Booking fees and whenever you choose to book your Nanny you then simply pay her the $29 per hour with the exception of EMERGENCY BOOKINGS. (Bookings made within 24hours of needing your Nanny will still entail a $25 fee).
If your Nanny for some stops working for us and we replace her for you with a new Nanny, you do not need to pay another One Time Fee.
If the sitter cancels and the Agency can't find a replacement sitter than the Agency will refund your booking fee
If the client cancels or changes their mind the Agency fee is non refundable if the booking has already been paid for and confirmed.
In the case of early departures where the Client has allowed the Nanny to depart the booking early, original fees still apply as per the booking.
If the carer’s employment has been extended, then the appropriate charges will be invoiced to the client. If the client is late home and the placement of the carer goes overtime due to ANY reason there will be a fee charged to the client. There is a buffer time of 10 minutes but after that time a late fee of $1 per minute will be charged.
